Once the order is packed, shipped, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Return or Exchange Policy

Urban Smuth follows a strict No Return & No Exchangepolicy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to size, color preference, fit issues, or change of mind.

3. Order Cancellation by Urban Smuth

Urban Smuth reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

4. Refund Policy

If an order is successfully cancelled (either by the customer within the allowed time or by Urban Smuth), the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Any GST charged on the cancelled order will be refunded as per applicable GST laws. Payment gateway or bank delays, if any, are beyond our control.
